Chair yoga is a very accessible, supportive practice focusing on balance, flexibility, breath and core strength. The use of chairs as a supportive prop allows for dozens of modifications for every body. Chair-bound students are welcome. All levels will benefit. Taught by Erica Nielsen, Yoga Bliss. Ashcombe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and events. Full refunds will be issued to class attendees in the case of cancellation by Ashcombe. If an attendee can no longer attend a class, they must notify Ashcombe about cancellation 2 days prior to the class date to be eligible for a full refund (Ex: If the class is on a Saturday, Ashcombe must be notified by Thursday). No refunds given for cancellation or a no-show by an attendee on the day of the class.
